This is one of the new strategies we added for not garbling output. We give a fake tool call in the agent history for having sent observation

Oh wow it's actually the parent agent attempting to call that tool here. @Vince this feels like a different flavor of agent trying to follow the pattern of the convo history

Yeah that's not good

yeah not good, the injected sendOutreachMessage should be before the outreach message - I think it actually tried to call the tool itself on its next turn
