Royce Branning created a high priority On-Call Investigation <https://linear.app/clearspaceorg/issue/CLE-1024/obs-agent-adult-content-block-not-working|CLE-1024> Obs Agent adult content block not working

Yeah this is a huge problem that points to a need for a total revamp of browser blocking.

This was actually not blocked and it revealed that we have no effective system for blocking things in the browser.

Revamping browser blocking is officially the most pressing issue in the product. I've mapped xvideos domains manually for the moment which will stop the bleeding for the Knights but we have to rebuild browser blocking from the ground up.

Closing this investigation, and created <https://linear.app/clearspaceorg/issue/ENG-550/create-browser-blocking-system-that-actually-works|this ticket to track that>. I'll backlink here from there too.
