Patterson shields didn't lift yesterday

Oliver Hill created a high priority On-Call Investigation CLE-1013 Patterson shields failed to lift yesterday

Root caused. Declan and Asher have non-matching tokens. Stephanie has uploaded the minecraft token for one of them. We try to unshield just that while keeping the games shield down for the other. Doesn't work. This is trouble. I don't have a suggested fix yet, but will create one before closing this out and understand how many families are in this state
