09/15/2026, 12:20 PMit probably makes sense to do this in the context of the calibration improvements but I think that once someone has an established rhythm we send a message if: (1) things are out of the ordinary (2) it has been 3 days or (3) it is the end of the week and we are giving them a wrap up and plan to move forward
