Another separate example for the Kapheim family this morning. There is a disconnect message that neither parent responded to and it feels weird to bury it underneath a new observation agent message without addressing it. I will check to see if he has any activity since then to see if he's reconnected but this is a good example of a real scenario for the observation agent this time to call that tool.
