My read on "they should have 1 hour" is that the parent set up the apple screen time 1 hour limit and doesn't know the difference between that and Clearspace. This is a parent who was added to the family so might not have even be filled in on whether or not this rule system is different. I think the best response here would be closer to "I don't see any existing rules on the books for either of the kids so I will add the 1 hour time limit."

Not exactly, the observation agent (me in the case of this message 😉) asked about creating a roblox limit for ward. She responded addressing both kids, and since eleanor doesn’t have roblox there isn’t just an “apply to both” option. At the very least what rule should be applied to eleanor is ambiguous. I think its a good response and can 100% live with it but the clarification would make it better.
