Ben Patterson running into an Apple Music bug I think - chat

"Figure it out"

looks to be resolved for the moment?

That's my read as well

Anyone know why that worked or should I create a ticket to look into it

i don't know why it worked

I don't know why it worked

Rob Simari created a high priority On-Call Investigation CLE-736 Ben Patterson Apple Music bug

It looks like he made a rule for apple music that allows Apple Music on weekends until 9:30pm. As I'm reading his ruleset, we should be blocking, but he is speaking like it shouldn't be blocked. I'll keep adding to the ticket, but I think there's some agent communication improvements and maybe some enforcement improvements

I'm gonna sock puppet to Ben @royce @Rob Simari "Team got back to me. We're seeing the Apple Music issue on our side and working on a fix. Thanks for the patience here. Will let you know as soon as we have a solve"

Cancelled his observation agent update for the morning. Holding off on sending until we close the loop on his issue.
