Bruck - decided not to send. It was second day in a row that Ysee didn't use iPad. Tomorrow and the following day will do a look back on a few good days if there is some activity and can also remind to do setup on other kids / devices

Patterson - edited the message to be shorter and not make reference to Declan since we haven't seen anything from him yet. Other things: • I removed what looked like 1 completely overlapping duplicate Messages event in the timeline • I didn't say anything about the 10:30pm Messages session because I wasn't confident it was accurate (just based on the updates we are making around that stuff) but would love to get @oliver @Rob Simari your guys take on that session

Two problems 1. No-ops shouldn't happen on first day 2. We should make it more visible in the outreach tab when they do happen with ability to edit the no-op
