according to admin dash we are, I deleted the other two override requests so relevant rules as far as I can tell are ā€¢ 30 mins of games (used all 30, priority 50) ā€¢ Roblox grant for 10 mins (priority 99)

It's basically because of how we decide on shields for the games category and the fact that we haven't brought in excluded tokens.
If you simplify those 2 rules it's basically ā€¢ games rule, which is spent, so we shield ā€¢ roblox which has resolves to allow because of the override, so should be excluded
