Lindsay Reading App Time Misreporting for Child Ipad Verne (we wouldn't expect to get this right since we've never seen app before, this thread is to capture information and think through how we would want to fix this scenario going forward)

I'll put it in the queue to look at. There's a chance it's a website that just loads pages up front and then goes quiet but I'll find out for sure

It's an app and I checked that in her TL it's coming from the bundle id of that app

Capturing some discussion from standup: • We discussed communicating a learning period to the user where we ask them about their problem apps, have them submit screenshots, etc • We then realized FI confidence should actually capture this in the long run. IE the agents confidence about reading.com would have been zero in this case. So it should have avoided mentioning it entirely in the report

It definitely has a good signal, but its quiet. We should be able to track it reliably. Source
