State of NY outlaws algorithmic feeds and notifications between midnight and 6am for kids! Feeds must be chronological on apps where users spend more than 20% of their time in a feed. Kicks in Jan 2027 ag.ny.gov/press-release/2026/attorney-general-james-and-governor-hochul-release-final-safe-kids-act-rules
