@Vince i think we are going to run into some confusion for the agent around last 24 hours and comparing previous day usage
i've been using "last 24 hours" for activity summary

yeah, i've made last_24 the default for the observation agent with hints to use it over 'yesterday' since we want to capture the past midnight hours for kids like the one today

yeah but I think we are going to need to take a "both" approach as I'm working through it
basically use yesterday to compare day over day, and then also look at the morning so far
then the morning update is "here is how yesterday went and how this morning is going so far"
and maybe breaking things into like Xh yesterday and already Yh today

also the observation agent runs at ~6 am so ideally/in theory there isn't much activity in the mornings yet

everything midnight - ~6 should be captured by the last_24 hours which I think is a good window

basically I just need the comparison tools to be able to do both the 6am - 5:59 day over day style AND the midnight-11:59 reporting style

so for this specific example, there was a 25 minute session that started just before midnight on the 17th, getActivitySummary includes that full session without clipping it to midnight, and compareActivitySummary splits the days directly at midnight
