one key insight (captured it in notes as well): policy changes should almost always be referenced in the daily summaries. if nothing else just to let the parent know they happened (protection against child hacking the system) and give them some assurance that it is working

i'm still trying to think about how we can let them know about policies that might have expired without them remembering

we should also put patterns of "weird rule changes" in the common knowledge doc

requesting the getActivityRhythm and analyzeActivityPattern tool calls for the parent agent (like we have for observation agent)
