(Don't worry I will most definitely be sending some BTS of director Luca at work) • @Luca and @Vince will be back in office Tuesday for the next couple of weeks! • Two new calendars for everyone should add to their calendars and be aware of: ◦ Clearspace Whereabouts - this let's the rest of the team know where you are: remote, vacation, travel, appointments. The expectation going forward will be to add it to the calendar and let me know. Please try to do so at least 2 weeks in advance, for longer travel ideally even more notice. 1 month+ ◦ Clearspace General - this is a very rough overview of important company dates now through Oct 1. • Wednesday we are going to try to work out of the new office 360 Pine Street (if we can get a cleaning crew in there before then!) • Also Wednesday! One of our pre-alpha alpha testers, Ben, will be coming into the office (360 Pine Street) to onboard. He is ok with everyone huddling around and watching him do so. I have sent a calendar invite for this. DO NOT SCHEDULE ANYTHING AT THIS TIME. Everyone is required for this. • Tuesday and Thursday we are kicking off a new standup: Research Standup. Last week we tried breaking out our All team "morning sync" meeting into two more efficient morning meetings: "Brand, Media Community Morning Meeting" and "Engineering Standup" then adding a M/W/F Morning "All Team" and Tu/Th afternoong "All Team. Breaking these meetings went well so we are going to do the same thing breaking out a dedicated bi-weekly meeting for "Research Standup" where Kevin will lead a focused session solely dedicated to the work associated with increasing our capacity to utilize network traffic in novel ways to bring highly differentiated abilities to the product. • 1 WEEK FROM TOMORROW: we onboard our first unaffiliated family to alpha. It's a rather busy and chaotic week which means we need to work hard to keep this reality in focus. If you think I missed any big call outs for this week please message me or drop them below.
