Ugh. I usually don't submit to lit mags that charge. But...... Sky Island and Does it Have Pockets are on my bucket list. Sky Island had a fast (under 2 weeks) turn around. And gives positive rejections. Both have rejected about 25 of my stories....but half of those ended up published elsewhere.
