question: getting an odd error we've narrowed down to a <cfreport> tag. Some of our devs can run the code, no prob. For others of us, it throws an error with a message of type

com.lowagie.text.ExceptionConverter

and a message of

The document is not open.

Anyone seen anything like that before?

I would check the versions of AFC, as well as if the reporting extension was installed. I know it used to be bundled up to AFC 10 or 11, but then it was broken off as a separate download and ultimately dumped.

we do have a fair number of modules we don't have installed (using 2021) because we don't (think that we) use them 🙂 I'll see if maybe it's one of those that we need to add in to make it happy. thanks for the hint
