Hello, is there something going on with the adobe tracker? Iโ€™m trying to check a couple of issues and it says โ€œNo issue foundโ€
a
Knowing Adobe they've probably fixed everything, so there's no point showing them any more ๐Ÿ˜‰

(FWIW, I am seeing the same thing... ain't returning issues I've raised, either via search or direct URL). @Mark Takata (Adobe)

this would not be helping:
<html><head><title>Application Server - Error report</title><style><!--H1 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:22px;} H2 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:16px;} H3 {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;font-size:14px;} BODY {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:black;background-color:white;} B {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;color:white;background-color:#525D76;} P {font-family:Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;background:white;color:black;font-size:12px;}A {color : black;}A.name {color : black;}HR {color : #525D76;}--></style> </head><body><h1>HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException: 403 Forbidden</h1><HR size="1" noshade="noshade"><p><b>type</b> Exception report</p><p><b>message</b> <u>Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException: 403 Forbidden</u></p><p><b>description</b> <u>The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request.</u></p><p><b>exception</b> <pre>org.springframework.web.util.NestedServletException: Request processing failed; nested exception is org.springframework.web.client.HttpClientErrorException: 403 Forbidden
	org.springframework.web.servlet.FrameworkServlet.processRequest(FrameworkServlet.java:982)
	org.springframework.web.servlet.FrameworkServlet.doPost(FrameworkServlet.java:872)
	javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:650)
etc. Pretty cool to be exposing a stack trace like that, I must say.

maybe this bug should be reported in the adobe bug tracker ๐Ÿ˜‰

Sadly, it is out of our control. I've lost track of the number of times I've reported it. Short version: Adobe's main site sticks a cookie into EVERYTHING that comes into *.adobe.com and that cookie borks the hell out of nearly everything. coldfusion.adobe.com is occasionally affected. Tracker almost constantly. The workaround is to hit it in incognito mode. That somehow leaves enough room for the cookie to be there. And you should be able to see the tracker stuff then. @Sandra M if you tell me the issue id, I can look directly into JIRA and let you know if its in there and what the status is.
Hey, @Adam Cameron did you NOT READ?
NO SHADE
Sheesh. I just can't with developers these days. ๐Ÿ˜„

I know about the cookie problem, but not 100% sure that's the story here. I've not been on any Adobe sites other than bug tracker, PR forums and CFML docs, and I am always using those combinations of sites / cookies, and the bug tracker has been fine for me for ages. Incl over the weekend just gone. But anyway when I'm free I'll recheck. Cheers for the follow-up, Big T.

@Mark Takata (Adobe) thereโ€™s one Iโ€™m following 4212511 and one I logged 4216621. It should be in and I have the feeling the status is the same as when I last checked ๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ˜…

@Mark Takata (Adobe) clearing cookies and then grabbing whatever adobe.com wanted and then coming back to the tracker has not helped.

Apologies, you're quite correct Adam. This is more than the normal shenanigans. Sending it in.

Thanks man.
