There has to be a basic level of respect and trust, in both directions, or just no.

I suspect that position might change once the economy crashes and the number of available jobs gets slim enough

For an insane amount of money, I would let a client "track me". Seriously, if a client has that kind of stupid level of cash, then they can during the points of engagement figure out exactly where I am, IDC, each minute I am being tracked is each minute they are being billed for the privilege.

With deference to the inevitable Van Down By The River living arrangement, I can say with certainty there is literally NOTHING wrong with a hotdog stand, and it is in fact the best business model on the planet. Free WiFi is just cake icing :rolling_on_the_floor_laughing:
