On Windows 10, when Windows says it wants to update, and I say I'm ready, it still doesn't actually do it for multiple minutes. If instead I restart manually, would that get things installed correctly, but quicker? Or is it downloading and/or preparing stuff in the background during that time, and it's better to wait?
