Whats up CF community! I'm hiring a junior web developer and this time round (my second time hiring someone as manager ) I want to try to get a more balanced and diverse group of candidates - specifically more women and non-binary. There are quite a lot of resources out there. I would like to know if you have done this before and if you can recommend a resource that helped you.
