1. This ticket is not in the "fixed in this release" list for alpha.
2. It IS marked as "Fix target version 15" which is Fortuna.
So what I think is planned here is that the targeted fix version we will see it in is beta, which is scheduled to release in January/February. Hence the move from "alpha" to "beta".
