OK. Zack. To
you, you might look at the content on that site and go "oh that's
javadoc.lucee.org!". But how you'd prefer things to be does not necessarily and intrinsically match reality. If one
searches for content on that site, Google has indexed it from
https://www.dev.lucee.org/, and that's where it sends ppl. Those people also will not be to know that really you'd prefer they somehow guessed they should be going to
javadoc.lucee.org instead of where their google search found the information they needed. What they
will get is a "this site ain't secure" warning, which is all a bit 2015. It looks amateurish in 2022.
FWIW, Bing and Duck Duck Go point ppl to
https://maven.lucee.org/lucee/runtime/spooler/package-use.html for the same search. This also doesn't have a valid cert.
Personally? I don't give a rats arse about yer certs. I was just bringing it to yer attn, to which the response would better have been "duly noted, thanks, I wonder why google is still using that host? I'll get on to that". Not some sort of "oh your doing it wrong" reaction.
