The fact that Lucee downloads bundles on the fly is regarded as a "feature" by its developers, so I'm not entirely sure what you're going to report as the "bug"

Unless your ticket says, "Don't ever let your download server go offline again!" 😆

If you have questions about why a specific Lucee server or configuration was downloading bundles, then create a topic in the Lucee discourse forum with all the details for discussion.

You can also get more information about what parts of Lucee were requiring the bundle to be downloaded by disabling the bundle download feature of Lucee. it will still blow up, but earlier in the process and usually with a bit more info.

sorry I still 1 more concern, for log4j for me this is ok, what make me strange how the ortus redis extension get problem too. I have copy the ortus redis extension to /WEB-INF/lucee-server/deploy/
