Anyone used VirtualBox and moved a VM from Mac to LINUX successfully?

create the vm withhe same hardware on the linux box. Copy the disk files from the mac to the linux box, make sure you oer have the same file permissions you had before you copied over the the disk files. make sure that your mac and your linux box are using the same processor arch or else you are going to not be happy.
