Hi everyone! Perhaps this isn’t the best place to ask, but I’m hopeful someone can point me in the right direction (either to an answer or to someone to contact). My employer had a purchase order for $1,995 titled “ColdFusion Enterprise Plan Renewal.” Our Finance department told us, “Unfortunately adobe is no longer supporting upgrade or renewal plans for these products so we cannot process the PO.” I am the primary ColdFusion developer, but I was asked to investigate this following the departure of our primary purchase manager. To me, this reads less that Adobe is no longer supporting upgrade or renewal plans for ColdFusion (as our Finance team implies), but moreso that our method for maintaining our license is no longer valid (maybe we purchased from a vendor or something that no longer sells licenses)? Either way, I thought I’d put this question here—it sounds like we need to renew our license(s) for our three ColdFusion servers (I’m not even sure when they expire).

Hi @Michael Jackson, what version of CF is the license you're trying to renew for? To the best of my understanding, Adobe only sells licenses for the most recent version, CF 2021 at this time. If you want to run an older version, you need to buy the latest license, then email support and request a separate license key for the older version you want to actually use. We had to do that when when we stood up new 2018 servers, but 2021 was most recent. It's odd, but that's the deal, assuming I'm understanding your situation.
