Can I use ONE CF2021 Enterprise license on one production and one development machine?

Yes. I believe the dev/staging server is also supposed to have limited access (internal network). You can also install CF in 'developer' mode for use on local machines of course for... development 🙂

Cool. I was looking at @carehart’s presentation ( https://www.carehart.org/presentations/Differences%20between%20ColdFusion%20Enterprise%20And%20Standard.pdf ) and he touched on it, but it was unclear. I’m planning on the development mode, but I wasn’t sure if I’d lose the security analyzer or what not. Just upgraded, so, working out the kinks. Thanks!

Note the 'developer' mode can't be using for staging servers, etc. LOL. I think it's limited by how many incoming IP's it will support.
