funny because I did get some emails on updates of certain tix from adobe's sys last night

I got those emails too. So random. But alteast their status changed from "alpha" to "beta"

That means the fixes will be going into the new version, I believe, and will be testable when it hits beta. Currently in internal alpha.

Not gonna try to view it on PTO on my phone but if it's doing what it was doing before, tickets should reappear if you view it in incognito mode. Sometimes the js crashes when searching

doesn't work in incognito..

Its like Mark said, some crapped out JS code; sounds like they need an entirely new built ticket system heh
