I can confirm that that did it.  We had to stop the server.  Initially tried it while it was running, and it missed some -- possibly pages there were loaded while we were deleting it or something?

There’s a post from Charlie Arehart that mentioned the most effective way is to just stop the service and rename the folder as trying to delete them all one by one is prohibitive

if you look at my most recent message in this channel, that’s what I did

the thing to remember is when you restart the server it does take a while to regenerate all the class files so you’ll get intermittent errors until that’s done
