Could something similar be done for CF2018?

I am working with @Mark Takata (Adobe) via DM to get this sorted, as that link he provided has lots of good stuff but it does not have the hotfixes I am looking for. It does have the updaters and other good stuff but not the hotfixes Adobe has released separately. And part of this is the confusing overlapping use of the term “hotfix” vs. update, IMO.
