@Mark Takata (Adobe) is there any official guidance on compatibility/support on updating the JDK for the Jetty installation that powers the PDF Service Manager / SOLR - we recently ran into some issues with the PDF service manager that have been solved by updating the JDK from 8->11 but wondered if this was something that adobe officially support?

Hey Chris! This is a tiny bit out of my wheelhouse (and I haven't directly heard anything about this issue) so I'm going to ask if @sandip_halder or @priyank_adobe might have some guidance here. With the issues you were having, were you able to post those in the bug tracker to see if the team could solve them in one of our upcoming updates?

slow reply (quick holiday there) we couldnt really pin the issue down other than PDF generation would fail with a rather generic error, could have been something as simple as timing out for all we know. seems to happen quite randomly but usually for larger PDF's with lots of images. If i ever get much more information ill post a bug
