VS Code + Claude code user here on a Max plan.
I'm using a bunch of skills specific to my project (legacy project that I'm slowly making sane) but nothing language specific. I do have a few guidelines to keep it on track that it frequently gets wrong (using var outside of functions in .CFM files for example), but in the last 6-9 months I've found it has improved greatly. when I started, it would constantly get tripped up when converting tag-syntax to cfscript but now it is excellent at it and I have very few guard rails around that.
Hooking it into some linters + Testbox greatly improved its quality too - while it doesn't always get things right the first time, being able to self-correct from automated feedback might've been an even greater step forward than just using it 'normally'.
I'd love to get it hooked into Playwright as well but things are moving too fast to bother with that just yet!
