I got an email this morning saying I was automatically registered. How do we login to get the details on attending any of these sessions?
The "Login to schedule" link on each session does nothing.

Do we have to do something besides register and show up or go watch the vids when available? I didn't catch that.

Weird. You should have received an email with a link to attend Hemi. Dave, you're all set. You'll get the emails for when they go live. Or you can sit and refresh the YouTube page haha (it'll be a bit before recordings go up)

I got a thanks for registering email but that's all, a colleague did too. The thanks page shows "CANNOT SCHEDULE" buttons, when I hover them I see "You cannot schedule this time slot. You do not have a valid pass." All the links in the "my profile"-like section are disabled. Actually they're not disabled, they just look like they are. It says I have an Event Pass, that's all. Confusing!

I'm seeing the same thing as Dave - I have an 'event pass' but can't schedule any events, the rollover popup says I don't have a valid pass. Honestly as long as I'm able to see the recordings later, it's fine :D

I got a confirmation email, but no links to "Hemi". Now when I go to the event page, every session has a "Login to Schedule" link that doesn't do anything.

I've been told the scheduling issue has been resolved. Also, all registered participants will get an email with a link to join each morning to make it easier to view.

So we have to register for any classes we might want to/be able to attend? We can't just show up? I guess not, we'd need the URLs.
Is there some reason the URLs can't just be published, no registration needed?

A few reasons. Marketing wants to capture who is interested. It helps us see who the people coming in are (size of company, etc). It helps us figure out signup vs attendance vs replay on YouTube (which helps us put our focus on where/when we are doing webinars). Sometimes we can track where folks heard about the webinar, which helps us figure out if our campaigns are working (and how well/poorly). If you register, you get a reminder, which means people are more likely to go (I've lost track of how many webinars I forgot were happening, but if there's a reminder I'll probably attend).

How do we sign in? I registered using my phone but cannot sign in....it wants me to register but says my email is already registered. there is no sign-in link.... I also did not get an invite email either......EDIT: I can get in as a guest

Same here. Registered but can't sign in; forgot password sends nothing. So, in as guest I go. Guess that might throw off their metrics, but what can you do.

Sorry guys, I think we switched out some parts of the reg is and it is VERY buggy. Some people are getting it, some are not. Please keep letting me know what's happening so I can keep hammering on folks to get it sorted.

speaking of that, for those who are automatically registered, what password do we enter? I went to that coldfusionroom link and I put in my name. It said that I continued as guest. Is that how it is supposed to be?

Guest is fine
At this point, if we are missing on metrics that's on us. I want people in there learning. If it negatively affects our metrics, they can work on the process and make it smoother. Its more important for me to have all of you in the room. I'm working on seeing if I can just post a generic link.

Also registered yesterday. Everything went fine but never received an email acknowledging it and no link 😥

OK this morning I actually did get my email with a link to the event (I "undercover boss"'d it haha). Hopefully everyone else did also. And the link came an hour before the event started, which is good (yesterday an email went out 4 minutes prior). If you did not get the email today, could y'all please check your spam?
