themes don't work with the new chart types 😞 also, if you use theme in a cfchart inside cfchartset, its completely ignroed

@Charvi can you confirm this with the project owner?

it was my fault and i forgot to update here - i was using svg, not html. although if theme isnt supported in svg, i wish the tag would have thrown an error
