My Fusion Reactor "Weekly Report" was set up last Thursday. Today, "Weekly Report" the is arriving here once every 60 seconds. That doesn't seem right.

My "solution" was to disable them. As the server has probably been rebooted once or twice since then, I'll turn 'em back on next week and see what shakes out. Thanks @Nicholas Millard and @davidtat 👍
