On Docker Hub, it looks like the new Lucee release of 6.2.0.231 is available. There are tags of lucee/lucee:6.2.0.321-light-nginx and lucee/lucee:6.2.0.321-light-nginx-tomcat10.1-jre21-temurin-jammy. They have the exact same size and the image layers look exactly the same. They both look to use tomcat 10 and JDK 21, not the JRE. Am I seeing something wrong? Also, why would one want the JDK vs JRE for the Lucee image?

Hey Dan, interesting question, I have no idea. I think @justincarter might be a good person to ask why a JDK would be a better choice. And maybe why the size is the same. Brad may know this too. We do know that Lucee has chosen Tomcat 10.1 with Java 21 installed on Ubuntu 22.04 on all their 6.2.0.321 images. I personally find their Nginx images very helpful.

Some of the new Java integration needs the JDK, but it will work with the JRE to a degree, also the wonderfull Lucee debug step-debugger needs a JDK to work That said, we should do JRE versions too, esp, for production deploys, what say you @justincarter @micha
