probably possible, but I wouldn't personally; If I were to need to use a templating engine, I'd go with either mustache, handlebars, pebble/twig, or liquid syntaxes which all seem to have more useful documentation, and I know of java libraries for each that I have run in lucee and acf. Of those, I like pebble syntax the most, I also tend to only use them when i'm storing views/layouts in the db. If you describe the actual problem more, it would be easier to provide suggestions though.
