@Manville hi - sorry that we missed this in slack - did you sort out your developer license? We had an issue with our payment processor, which meant we had to migrate every single account over to Stripe. The credit card details could not be transferred, so we had to manually reach out to everyone and ask them to update in the new system (it was a nightmare!) - Hence, it could be this was the cause.
