Does anyone know if it's possible to connect a remote CF server to the VS Code extension or is it only local installs?

You mean the RDS feature from Adobe CF? I've switched to Lucee for long time so not following ACF much, but this article says there is a VSCode extension for RDS https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/coldfusion-builder-extension-for-visual-studio-code/rds-support.html But I could find any RDS extension when I search
