This is a really great opportunity for someone who is looking to stay someplace for a long time to build towards a pension. However, the position includes a pension and the benefits are rock-star level. Better than Adobe's, I can say. This is especially great for someone with a family, as it allows you to insure them for health, dental and vision at a level most folks don't get to experience. There are also many opportunities for pre-tax savings (this is a non-profit enterprise, and so qualifies for 403b and others) in addition to the pension benefits.
