08/20/2024, 5:51 PMI was glad to see that, and thanks for doing that. I'd love to see (more) regular updates just to keep that closer to current going forward. It helps us avoid one more set of uncomfortable conversations with our cybersecurity scanners around why old versions of stuff are still laying around.

08/20/2024, 9:05 PMfor anyone else that has issues, what we found is that Update 15 uninstalled some of the packages. i've never had an updater do that before. so - when our site came up it of course started throwing errors because it was missing packages. (although the errors didn't make that obvious, because... CF.) once we installed the missing packages it started working again.

08/20/2024, 9:22 PMand of course... it didn't happen on 2023. so - either this is something specific to 2021 and a handful of packages, or it's only something that affects us because of some unknown oddity about our server setup. (nothing special though - it was just an EC2 windows instance running 2021 update 14 with most of the packages installed, using the latest Adobe-approved Java version.)

08/21/2024, 12:58 PM@Jason Roozee Short answer is it picks up security fixes, bug fixes, and enhancements in several intervening releases of Apache Tomcat between the old and new version.
