Hi @minh
You haven't told us what it is supposed to be / what's wrong with with what is shown!
Nonetheless, there is an issue with the "Use time server" option.
And the current recommendation is to ensure that this option is UNCHECKED.
It is not necessary AND can cause issues.
A future release of Lucee will have this item removed - and Lucee will ALWAYS use the (underlying) server's date/time.

Hi Minh,
The issue with your post is:
I have no idea where you live.
I have no idea what the "correct" time is supposed to be.
Is this for a local server on your workstation AND you live in Africa?
Is it for a remote server?
Regardless - try unsetting the checkbox...
Ensure that the machine Lucee is installed in - has the corfrect date/time.
Restart Lucee - and see if you still have a problem.
