Can anyone tell me why uploads on a fresh Lucee installation are extremely slow? I've asked that in the forum some days ago and urgently need to solve this. Unfortunately, the solutions posted in an earlier thread related to this issue didn't help me.

Did you take a look at this SO thread? https://stackoverflow.com/a/14681656 It documents a log level issue as well as a limitation in the AJP connector.

Nothing in this helped? https://dev.lucee.org/t/why-is-file-upload-via-iis-with-lucee-significantly-slower-than-directly-through-tomcat/13053 like use of ::1 in server.xml replacing the ipv4 ajp connection, or packet size in the connector settings file (the correct setting file and not the sample one/s that aren’t used).

Thanks for your responses! The Stack Overflow issue relates to Apache slowing down the upload. Though we also tried uploading files without Apache, i.e. only Tomcat + Lucee and the uploads were still slow. So the issue seems to relate to the Tomcat config. I don't remember if
::1
as AJP connection address was tested. (There are several people working on this issue.) What I can say is that the packet size change and formatting suggestions were tested as well as circumventing AJP completely, which didn't bring any improvements. Our sysadmin involved in this issue is currently in PTO, unfortunately, so I can just ask him once he's back.
It took us quite some time, though we finally found the solution! Changing the AJP connection IP to
::1
didn't help, and also the other suggestions from the threads weren't fruitful. The solution was lying somewhere else, see https://dev.lucee.org/t/very-slow-file-uploads/14051/2?u=sebastianz. Thank you again, @siteadvice and @Anders Lars for your tips!
