I have a logger.cfc defined that acts as an interface to log4j2. In it I have the following function which works in ACF but Lucee is squawking about line 5: Missing [;] or [line feed] after expression. I cannot find java{...} in lucee docs. Is this an ACF only feature, or is there some silly syntax error I am not noticing in the function?

I don't think Lucee supports inline Java code like that?

That would explain why I cannot find docs on it. I was hoping there was a simple syntax error. 😞

Let me see if I can do the above without inline java. It seems doable, it's just my CF-->Java and/or Java-->CF mojo is spotty at best...

Inline Java is supported in Lucee 6.... You can see an example of how to format it here :
