I am running into an issue that maybe someone has an idea of how to solve. I am currently using Lucee 5.4.3+2 . I am trying to use cfimap to connect to an office365 outlook account. All I am getting back is this error trying to open a connection. "AUTHENTICATE failed" Using the same user/pass as I am using in the imap connection I can login to the account using chrome. Any idea what would be causing this? Is there something in the account config/setup that I am missing to allow imap to connect to it? TIA.

Microsoft dropped support for basic authentication for Office 365 in March 2023. You'll have to use OAuth or Graph API.
