Does the CF2023 CreateSignedJWT() allow you to add information to the header other than "alg"? Every other time I've done anything with JWTs there has been at least "typ" in the header. How about adding "kid" if I want to have multiple keys available to sign the JWT? The documentation and example are pretty sparse.
