Hello, first question so I hope that I'm posting in the correct place. Running CF2023u7 developer mode Changed the service from "Local System" to use a domain user account and restarted the service. Now all requests to CF are throwing an exception: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "coldfusion.server.LicenseService.isStandard()" because the return value of "coldfusion.server.ServiceFactory.getLicenseService()" is null Switching back to "Local Service" fixes the error but I'd like to be able to allow the CF website to access some PDF files on a network share and "Local System" won't have the security rights to do that. Anyone else run into this problem?

Hi @Scott Jibben you might want to post that in the #adobe room as that's where some of the Adobe team hang out.

does the user you switched it to have read file system permissions to the ColdFusion installation folder? I’m wondering if it can’t read license.properties for instance.
