I'm a bit late to the cfscript party with use of tags, I never really saw the point... but can someone help me determine what is possible / what is the typical syntax ?

Also with some of your questions... did you just *try it*? What happened? Code won't bite you if it doesn't work, so there's no harm in just trying stuff. You don't need to ask other ppl.

Why not ask other ppl? Because if you try the exercise yourself you will _learn_. If you ask someone else it's just down to you remembering (and indeed trusting!) their answers, and you'll be no further fwd with yer own capabilities.
