This works in 2016, I will not have access to cf23 dev box for a least a few months so I can not confirm. however, " go to shipping binary for CF /opt/coldfusion20XX/bundle or DriveRoot\ColdfusionInstall\bundles\ find adminapi...*. *.zip unzip it and manually overwrite all the previous API files
