02/03/2024, 12:09 AMI recommend here, GetCFMLJobs, the FaceBook programmers group. Specify in the advert that you're interest in direct only, no placements, recruiting firms or agencies. Block anyone that ignores that. Also can help to specify US only.

02/03/2024, 12:10 AMYou'll end up having to filter some stuff, a throw-away email might be helpful. I get 20 or so "job offers" daily from shady companies who are just spamming people who do poorly done searches across LI, there's no escaping that unfortunately.

02/03/2024, 12:58 AM@gus_dancy This cfml slack group is filled with endless folks interested in jobs; post your opportunity to the #jobs channel and you will likely see an influx of inquiries and just request their resume if they DM you on here and if its a recruiter or agency you can just ignore.
