That page shows a pic in the background and login dlg in front, then immediately refreshes to show "Adobe Licensing Web Site" with this:

This appears to be a Chrome issue, or more likely, an issue with the site code or configuration or SSL cert and recent Chrome security changes. I've seen recent Chrome break other sites too.
It works in Edge and Firefox, at least as far as being able to enter the password.
Can't go further because it says the password is wrong, and it's someone else's account, so I don't want to reset it without talking to them. I'll do that and let you know if there are any other problems once I'm in.
